                Hi ksks3mum,

You can read more about B,C,D from Happycall FAQ @ my blog http://www.superbmothers.blogspot.com. I'm using C right now, if you are cooking some liquid stuff C is more preferred as it is deeper (But heavier, do refer to the blog). Just a personal comment, if i have the choice to choose again, i will chose D, cos it is make of clay, much healthier choice. You can also find the top bargain on my top right hand side of the my blog. I have some discount vouchers from Gmarket, if any of the mums want it, email me @ [email protected]. Expiring on 30 Sept, First come first ๐Ÿ™‚

PS If you are considering cooking soup, look into my blog on modern kitchenware.

                        Hi mummy smurf,

Poon Nyeon is also a Korean's kitchenware maker like Kitchenart and Happycall. Poon Nyeon Diamond pan is coated with special coated 5 layers double flip pan, the base of the pan make up of aluminium metal die cast, that is why it is the lightest of all double flip pan (about 1.37kg). Other Poon Nyeon Pans are coated with Xylan (some oil based by product) not like Happycall double flip pan which is coated with Ceramic base coating, Ceratinum. Ocher Happycall pan is further coated with clay material for better health.

Poon Nyeon Diamond looks like a better alternative for Happycall, except that,
                        a) it is carbon based? (Diamond coating?),
                        b) Ring based handle (Happycall is magnetic)
                        c) Grills Strip (Only Happycall Ocher Jumbo and Chefel have it)
                        d) Pan can be detachable and use a single pan (Easy to wash, will be a hazard if not handle properly, messy and oily if use as single pan and need to watch out for fire as pan is low, flame will crossover from tip and the whole pan will be \"on fire\".
                        e) not sure it is easy to clean like happycall pan.
                        f) really reasonable price.

If you are consider happycall pan, you can look out for recipes, faq, english / chinese manual on my blog (http://www.superbmothers.blogspot.com)
