since we r on this topic, must the Higher chinese For Pri school textbook 1A/1A have the name \"marshall cavendish' on it. Mine only have EPB on it. is that the correct one like wat the popular lady said ?

I am going to get the name tags first but not going to buy the uniforms. KS in case DS grows slightly taller in the last 2 months.

Check the ISBN number. I think inside the book shld hv a MOE stamp indicating the book is for which years.

That's why the advice to buy from sch bookshop, safer bet the right edition.

Since we are on booklist, u better go to the sch bookstore to buy the exercise books & sch files. These tend to be out of stock pretty fast. How many broad line/big square exercise books are indicated on the booklist?

This week has been not so good for me. Glad it is finally over.

I remembered when my PSLE was over way back in 19xx (an era where dailing the phone actually meant dailing the phone), I became despondent as my best friends were all going to better schs leaving me behind.

I got suggestion for white shoes, we got ds this brand called \"League\" which proved sturdy enough to withstand ds's daily soccer/running games for 2 terms and counting. They cost under $40 per pair. The ones from Nike also looks good. The earlier Bata ones though slightly cheaper, only lasted 1 term of physical abuse before commiting suicide.

1. Call up the bookshop to find out what time can parents drop in to buy books
2. Tell the guard you r going to the bookshop, give him your IC/Driving licence to record your particulars, tell him your contact no. and sign in.
3. U know where is the bookshop?
4. Finish buying whatever u need, go back to the guard to return the entry pass.

The end. Simple like a piece of cake

Not too sure.. I notice the latest year printed in the 'Marshall Cavendish' version is 2012 whereas the EPB version is 2011. Didn't compare the differences in content.

Oh btw, the uniform shop in Tiong Bahru Plaza starts selling uniform from 17-20 Oct.
