Cold Wars (with your spouse)
-
Longest is a day. It’s usually about PILs, kids or stress-related
-
it is not advisable to have cold war for more than 24 hours, the longer a period you dont talk to each other, the more difficult it is to mend the relationship.
-
Herbie:
just one day... Trigger by my hb's addiction to tv.
for the longest time, I thought herbie is a daddy! -
err... sorry to disappoint u, herbie is a mummy.

-
Only once, triggered by a family outing. abt 2 days for me. it was a horrible 2 days though. I swore never to get into a old war again. worst than quarrel. Not worth it at all.
-
Then mine is doom. My cold wars are so frequent and current one (still ongoing) we have not spoken or have been ignoring each other for a month.

Communucationis very important. Shld have good chat with each other and liearn to forgive and forget and move on.... -
I know but HE doesn’t know. Now I’m at the dangerously "what’s the point" mode.

Dear Baby39: I am your good friend. For me, the longest one was about 1 1/2 month. During that month, we only talked the important issue via sms and email. To be honest, sometimes i rather to be in quiet mode, talk more, wrong more and quarrel more especially when you are busy. Anyway, i also understand that this cannot be last.

My bil and sil on cold war for… 20years+? Talk via sons.
