Anyone had cold war/s (not on talking terms & ignore each other) with your spouse? How long did it last? What was the trigger?

A day or two for me.
I know a couple who had not spoken to each other (unless it absolutely necessary, say about kids tuition or something like that) for a month… -
just one day… Trigger by my hb’s addiction to tv.

Longest is a day. It’s usually about PILs, kids or stress-related

it is not advisable to have cold war for more than 24 hours, the longer a period you dont talk to each other, the more difficult it is to mend the relationship.

Only once, triggered by a family outing. abt 2 days for me. it was a horrible 2 days though. I swore never to get into a old war again. worst than quarrel. Not worth it at all.

Then mine is doom. My cold wars are so frequent and current one (still ongoing) we have not spoken or have been ignoring each other for a month.
