I think must look at the question as a whole.Ms tay:
I put square
and for the mcq booklet question 4 is carbon dioxide check le
:
My ds teacher say is water is correct.
Will there be a lack of water or a lack of CO2.
CO2 would be a more important input than water . Thats what I think . -
OrangeJuice:
My answer is the same too!!! :hi5: :hi5:
Hi, DD's answers and logic identical to your DD, hope they are both correct.Intermezzo:
DD says paper was ok.. she had about 30 min left for checking..
For the Shadow question her answer is Circle, because the size of the steel ball is larger than the square cardboard (according to the diagram).. she also says the same thing as some others here : If you just draw lines on the diagram, you can see.
For the Photosynthesis question her answer is Lack of carbon dioxide. According to her, the plant is placed IN water, so there should not be a lack of water.
Plants do give out carbon dioxide during respiration, but the amount of CO2 they take in for Photosynthesis is much larger than what they emit during respiration.
just hope she's got the right answers ~ -

Hello, i'm new here, whats the ans to the wet plates then mother tell u to put on rack question?! What r 2 reasons?
Reason 1 : More surface area for evaporation
Reason 2 : Water can drip on to the rack thus there would be less water to evaporate .

Anyone can still remember the gravity question? Whats your answer? :scratchhead:
help pls!!

Ya. Firstly, there is more water than the air and CO2 is only >1% of the air, so how can water be depleted before CO2.
-
but in transpiration, only a little amount of water is given out. so how can that little amount of water, in gas form, can fill the water (liquid)? can anyone tell me why it is not water if the answer is carbon dioxide though im not so convinced?

Ya, i think you are right. I put water :(. At first, I thought that when plants photosynthesize, they can respire and produce more CO2, so I put water. However, I think CO2 is better... Oh no!!
