      Hi Sunshine05

If you are talking about health, 3 of them are good. Ocher Best, HappyCall Second and Lastly Stainless Steel. It is not very difficult to figure out, just ponder this question. Claypot, ZiSha, Ceramic Pot or Stainless Steel, Metal Wok, Tefal cooks better food? Chances are the first 3 type and happycall fall into creamic and ocher fall into creamic + clay.

For maintenance. The worse case senario is charred due to salty, sugar, carbonated food, Stainless Steel can was easily but some stain still has to call the guy to scrub, happycall and ocher eliminate the issue. The other pot, claypot, zisha, tefal, non stainless steel pot except for ceramic coated pot, all the result, you and i can predict.

Ocher and Happycall are aluminium based then coated with ceramic and clay (ocher), therefore like tefal, no hard scrubbing. The joints i don’t think is make of metal so if dropped i think the joint will break, not the casing

Finally, received my Happycall after long wait of 10 days from Starshop. Try to fill the pan half fill with water and turn it around. No leakage!

Will update again after trying my first dish.

Depending on the size, I think it ranges from 1.6kg to 2kg.

My understanding is no need to defrost when using HPC pan. But better wait for others to respond since I have not personally tried this pan yet.

There's no need to season, no need to defrost. I usually pour soy sauce and dizzle some lemon juice over it when done. You can also grate white radish (rinse once to get rid of the strong pungent taste) as condiment.

My version of Teriyaki sauce - basic ingredients are :
                        1) Kikkoman soy sauce
                        2) Mirin
                        3) garlic
                        4) ginger
