The size of the bus depend on the location. If there are more students living around the same area, it will bigger. The bus drops off my son below the flat. I do believe most buses do it this way. It is ridiculous to ask the student to cross the road. If my guess is correct, this is not allowed. At school, the drop off point is sheltered. If it rains, the driver will carry an umbrella to bring the child to the bus. During the 1st few days, the bus driver will go to the class to pick up the students. After which, the students are expected to know how to find the bus. It should not be a problem. My son was very blur as well but he had no problem in locating the bus. The bus driver will also look out for the students.

        24hr mum,

If you are still residing in bishan, then dun worry, the bus driver for bishan area is very responsible and nice. His is a medium size bus, not very small so he cannot enter small roundabouts. But he will find a safe spot for your boy to alight.
