It is indeed confusing, isn't ?
He is my DS. He wanted to join in the fun in KS forum, and hv good time. Told him not to use a name too similar to mine but he still go ahead . I hv tried to change my ks name but can't find a way. Guess I may hv to change to a totally new acct , in order not to create too much confusion for myself and others .
Apologise to those who may hv been confused by our too similar names..

My son' school just released results yesterday, 50+ of his cohort made it to round 2 (of which 30 came from his class)

DD2 came back yesterday with the consent form to take Round 2. According to her, more than half of her class cleared Round 1. The school will be chartering bus service to bring them to the test centre.


All along I thot DD2 would not even clear Round 1, cos she's realllly laid back, dreamy and happy-go-lucky. Very different from DD1. I was so surprised when she told me that I couldn't even smile, and she asked me how come I was not happy for her... Gee, did I feel bad afterwards. DD2 was happy though cos all her good buddies cleared Round 1, and it would like an excursion.

yes i am surprised by the number too, DS is not from GE school, he is from a co-ed neighbourhood school. Just a note, DD (from a GE girls school) sat for her GEP tests 3 yrs ago and many qualified for round 2 too, but only a handful was eventually selected for GEP class.

There is only ONE GE girls school!!

anyway, heard it's like 20~30 yrly who will get into GEP from this GE girls school. Is it true, or more??

Thx a lot Champion. Congrates to other successful candidates too. I don't put much hopes on him in 2nd round as he's no GEP preparation at all.
