sacredmusicals:
Herlow, looking for recommendation on a good japanese buffet to celebrate possible pregnancy with my hubby. I've eaten shinryoku yakitori before and I loved it but would prefer a sushi buffet instead. I've heard got one place the owner is the chef himself. Anybody knows what is this sushi restaurant?
Congrats!!!
But..... pregnant mummies are not suppose to eat raw stuff.
Maybe consider other type of cuisine? -

DD’s 1st year birthday coming soon, DH & me thinking of having a buffet dinner with immediate family only.
Thinking of having at some hotel if possible.
Seen some 1-for-1 or 1-dines-free promotions, but dunno the food nice or not.
Anyone has any recommendations?
Thanks in advance! -
Went to Todai at MBS recently. On Sundays, they have an offer where kids dine free with each adult. Helps if there are kids in the party and they don’t eat much. Buffet I think was about 50ish. Other credit card deals are available - they are okay to split the bill so it works out best for the group.
Foodwise, not too bad. we went crazy over the crab legs and oysters. Oysters are freshly shucked and each time, one is limited to only 2 oysters. Drinks are free flow (coke, and other aerated drinks), there is a coffee machine (cappucino and such). My kids had fun with making their own the sundaes. -
