Ya! Juz got the letter, why can't they combine the dates instead of going to to school on alt days?
Didn't expect school to have such poor planning :faint: . Asked my son to check out what days are 7th Nov, 9th Nov and 11th Nov. He told me Monday, Wed & Friday. Isn't that stupid :slapshead: ??? So what are we supposed to do ? Scratch our heads and ask if there is school today or not ??? Or else wake up on 'wrong' day only to realize there is no school that day ? -
janet_lee88:
That's what happened to me today. A bit under the weather with work recently and woke up this morning thinking that it's a workday. Then viola! So now in Orchard sipping coffee. That's more like my kind of life.

We all know your ds does not have SA2 so you enjoy to the max, ya? :siam:

Yah man...do you have to rub it in? We are stressed with SA2 as it is. Never mind, you will enjoy this stress next year  so cool ah, sipping coffee while we are mugging at home. I am under house arrestmarkfch:

Yalor rite. Which parents don't want their kids to end up in a better class? When it's ds turn for P2 SA2, it'll be my time to stress. But I'm actually more worried about P3 since by then it'll be morning session and ds needs 9 hrs sleep daily, meaning prepare to sleep by 9pm.markfch:

So I don't know by then, how to find time to work with him in the evening? -
markfch:
Yes, I do hope my son can make it back to the same class next year...so I've been reminding him to give his best for this last lap.

Mark,
Your son can take a power nap after school. It works wonders. -
janet_lee:
Hope his student care has this power nap thingy. Then at least I can spend more time with him in the nite, not just in studies, but also playing. We are experts in playing 2-player UNO, 2-player Monopoly. Soon it'll be 2-player Risk. Sad rite, keke.

This power nap thing is not practiced in many centers. It works wonders esp when kids have to wake up early and have PE on certain days. Very tiring if they have to slog until 9pm.
