If I were to buy a condo near there but TOP 2015 when my kids suppose to start on 2014 will they consider me as living within 1km?

schools do not make public their selection criteria for PV. It is unlikely that distance to school is a factor in the selection. However, distance will come in play during the actual registration when there are more applicants than vacancies.

Could you share the criteria of Nan Hua's PV selection? e.g.
1. Parents education background, job experience...
2. PV applicants with better Chinese language have better chance?

Some schools like HPPS do state in their PV application forms what they would like PVs to do: such as someone who can play piano for the choir, help to decorate the school for events or sports coaching. But most schools don't state what they are looking for in PVs.

So you are implying that it used to be an acceptable practice?
Do you have any proof of it, or just hearsay?

If no concrete proofs, then it's best not to spread such rumour.

Are you a Singapore PR?
If you are not, then you won't qualify for phase 2B even if you perform PV duties.

Hi, I am new here. I have a boy & a girl entering p3 & p2 respectively next year. Now they are in TWPS. But I would like to transfer them to CCKPS. Must I do p/v before they can accept my kids ?
