So sad. Tear flow watching this clip. How can they be so hard hearted. The hit and run driver may be too scare and react in this way, I had nothing to said but but… Those passby can also treat her like a dog!! Never even to call an ambulance!! How can this be? What had they become? This is too much for me to take.

It was unbelievable. This is even more shocking than the previous video showing the father running over his own son. The first driver even ran over the kid again even after he realised what he did, just to get away. That guy must be found and hanged.
