2013 PSLE Discussions and Strategy

Thanks. Any comment between Morris Allen and LCentral? Or any recommendation for just Oral class? My girl intends to stay on her current tuition centre. But the centre does not focus on oral skills. I'm worry cause the language total score is 200%.
Heard Morris Ellen is good - the language expert. specialises in English. But very expensive. Personally have not tried - but the Chinese expert (Tien Hsia) was right next to it (same company - they called themselves the Language experts). My dd attends the Chinese one and always find that there are overwhelming students attending Morris Ellen classes.sg.angel:
Hi,
My dd also doing psle in 2013. Thanks for starting the thread.
As my girl is not good at oral, i'm now looking for a tuition centre that covers English oral, compo, compre and grammer all in one. Any recommendations?
Thanks.
Another one is Mindchamps - quite good in English tuiton too - rate wise think it's cheaper.
There is another very good one at isun (goldhill). The trainer has very good testimonies. But very expensive.
Hope it helps. -
Hi,
Count me in too ! My ds will sit for his PSLE in 2013. P4 SA2 not yet over, I’m already feeling the pressure . Nice to know I’m not alone. -

Hmmm.....never come across a tuition centre that just focuses on oral. I think oral exams format quite standard. My ds and dd's school prepare them quite well. Don't think they need extra help outside. I do go through the notes given by the teacher and test them though. But if you need some help, you can purchase the guide from popular. The one I got which I found quite helpful is 'English oral booster and listening comprehension' by Chang Sau Kheng.

How much is the regular lesson at iSun?

Teacher Alice used to be at Science Buddies Bukit Timah. My children like her a lot, very witty and very good at coaching them in Science.
Now wondering whether to switch to her for my girl PSLE 2012 or stick with Science Buddies.
