Probably they need this event to make sure that those who got confirmed offer will confirm their places with them and not back out.

SST has not given out the letters informing of it yet, but it was mentioned on their shoutbox b4 they removed that box

Those who take public transport, eg MRT will not find it so much of a hassle as compared to those who drive. In any case, I think the heavy traffic build-up is more on the road going to AYE.


Like what phankao has mentioned, there is heavy traffic along Bukit Timah Road too, yet there are still people who send their children to HCI, NJC, etc.

HCI, NJC, NYGHS are the BEST in BT but i'm comparing the traffic to the O levels schools eg SST, CHS,VS, SJI etc.

FYI: Bt Timah/Dunearn Rd's not that bad........... 12km/hr ( not 3km/hr as in SST).

Hi Perth2020,

When a school is new and there is no track record to fall back on, it IS of utmost importance to have a good team. Parents can only base on this (in lieue of the track record of the school) when choosing the school in question.

Any experiences or background knowledge to share on why you think SST has a \"good team\" ? Would appreciate your sharing with us. Thanks.
