Hi parents,

I spoke to my son's teacher earlier. One thing is for sure, enbloc is only for P1 to P2.

      Hey mark,
Even if my son was served food from shangri-la during the camp, he won't get to eat same food during his NS. But hubby told me food in-camp now is more pleasant looking. Wonder if it's true :scratchhead: My heart aches thinking of my son going for NS.

Then S1 sch selection, then O Lev,
Then JC selection, then A Lev, then Uni Selection Or

      Then ....
      Finally NS ....
      Long Way to Go -la!

I skipped all the in-between worrying and thought only of rearing a dog when the boys move out. πŸ˜‰
:rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Aiya...they terminated my daughter's lead.com account!!! :stompfeet: I rem I paid for entire year... She is too free nowadays, especially after she finished both her P4 and part of P5 math assessment. Homeworks are only 10-15 mins top. Most day, she just bury herself in story books until her mummy starts her with CL home learning.

Oh yes, all the best for kids taking SA2. 加油!加油! :rahrah: :rahrah:

hehe.. I told them before, I would not take care of their kids.. they can't take care, better don have any!! DH n I have plans to travel ard in a campervan!! :rotflmao:

Ha.. Me too. I wanna be like my mom, just play with the grandchildren but no need to take care. There's already a role model for me to follow

Don't know whether I'll spoil market for saying this. If my ds turns out well, I won't mind taking care of my grandchildren. I mean if I manage to stumble upon the 'right' formula for bringing up a child, it's sort of a waste not to re-use it leh. :please:

I rather my kids take care of THEIR kids themselves πŸ˜„

Eh Markfch, for all you know, ur method will be obsolete by then leh? or ur boy may not agree with ur method? alot of oppty for 'friction' u know...

Yeah, you're right and definitely wiser than me. I'm asking for trouble with future DIL. Ok what about this? If I think my future DIL is tolerant like dw (dw never once quarrel with my parents before, I'm not bad either - only quarrelled with PIL once in 10 yrs), then I go volunteer. Otherwise I just act blur, how?

                    Mrsbongz,
You are right! My DH says he want to look after his grandchildren too. I told him the same, i.e. he can care for them himself and I'll go travelling.

:offtopic: For food in the canteen, do they serve vege with the Jap food store? that's the only store my ds has been eating from for lunch... wonder if it's becos he doesn't need to eat vege

I asked ds but he can only say that he thinks the Japanese food should come with veg. He says that your ds and him arrive in sch at different time.

Don't remember seeing any vege (maybe seaweed). They have yakitori, udon/rice with the same yakitori meat + fishcake, etc. I will confirm again tomorrow.
Confirm. Only has seaweed.
