How about Sembawang? It’s one of the HDB near the MRT.

My DD is enrolled to start in 2011, she’ll be in N2 next year. The teacher used to be from i-creative learner. It’s home-based phonics. My nephew attended, he’s doing well in P1 now.

      $105/month
      1.5 hours
      5 - 7 pax/group

I’m not sure if she has vacancies for older kids, cos I never ask.

        hi

I’ve managed to contact my eldest ex-phonics teacher who taught her 4 yrs ago… She is currently giving home tuition and my son started his 1st 1 to 1 lesson with her yest and he enjoys it. At least now I am less worried as I know there’s someone whom I trust will coach my son well : )

I am a new mother at the forum and do not know of many enrichment centres. But I have heard people talk about The Alternative Story and also read good comments abou them here. Have you tried them? They are at Yishun but moving to Ang Mo Kio soon. I have not signed up with them yet but from what I hear, they seem to be good.

Thanks mummy. Yes, have heard about them but they are moving over to AMK, it will be very rush for us to go there. If they did not move, we would be more than happy to enroll our child there. 😢

                hiiii 😄

We use beestar online for English. It includes vocabulary and English Language Art, full of vivid pictures and interesting stories, very helpful for kids thinking. DD loves it!
Beestar also has science program. DD sometimes does the sample tests.
Plus, all of beestar’s worksheets are curriculum-based. This is great.

                        Thank you.
