Thanks![/quote]don't know how true this is :
top 3% = 270 and above, or 1200 approx ...sounds too much; if top 1% = 270 and above, ~ 400, more likely
top 5% = 260 and above, say 5% x 40,000 = 2000 = quite a lot, so more likely that 260 and above = 3% or about 1200
top 10% = 250 and above (largely believed) -
I thought top 3% is about >260+

i think so, which gives approx 3% x 42,000 = 1,260 for 2010 cohort
that means 270 and above is likely the top 1%, approx 400+ -
Hi,
My DS is exempetd from MT. Does anyone know how are T-scores affected if he has only 3 subjects ? Any idea if he would be "advantaged" or "disadvantaged" ? Thanks!! -

Don't know exactly how PSLE scores are calculated with MT exemption BUT all my friends' kids who were exempted from MT did far better than expectations.Hi,

Hi, anyone knows how to calculate the T-score. What would be the estimated T score for an average of 92%? Thanks much!
