        Hi hi,

My baby boy is born in April 2010. Times flies as he is a very active toddler now. Any mummies planning to put BB in any playgroup or childcare?? Share your views as which is good. I am a 1st time mummy too. :rahrah:

How's everyone? updates again.. toilet traing went well.. no diapers day and night now.. kekek.. successful liao.. but occasionally he still pee on his pants when we did not remind him (day).. but the frequency is getting lesser, once in 3 days time or so..

i started to get him to complete the story i read to him. he is able to do that, he can complete two worsd sometimes for the line in a page. and when he picks up the book i read to him always, he will flip the book and as if he is reading it, he got the words in the book correctly, but of course not the whole line, just the main word like the page has chicken he will say \"chicken $^&&%^\"..

he can do sorting games by colours/shapes.. he can complete two pieces puzzles.. he is able to imitate us cooking in toy kicthen..

Michol so impressed with potty training ur DD at 20 months. Mine is really 19 months still on full-time diapers. Bought him interesting potty and training pants still not working out well. How do you train yours? Very impressive. Do share please.

k k.. too many liao.. guess i have to start to prepare for his terrible two cos he will be 20 m-old in 2 weeks time.. hopefully it'll be easier than his sister..

Mybabyme, i did the same for DD and DS, but DD only fully toilet trained at 30 months old, but DS somehow is faster.. since young, after 6 mths or so, we get them to sit on potty to pass urine and motion, DS will pass motion every morning on potty without fail, DD is somewhere in the day, not morning..

so i guess u can continue to get them to sit on potty and remind them to go toilet/potty when need to pee/poo.. now i get DS to sit on toilet bowl with the baby seater on to poo.. am trying to train him to pee standing but he always use his leg to play with his pee.. so now i still have to let him pee by holding his legs up or sit on toilet bowl.. many times the pee just shoot up when sitting in toilet bowl.. haizzz..

dun worry abt it.. just continue to remind them one day they will get it.. for my DD, i even borrow toilet training book to read with her..

Thanks for the tip. Just keep putting them at the potty. Funny thing my son doesn't like to have his diaper removed. I got to sit him with his diaper on. Funny rite!! Hehe

or maybe it’s habit, since always "do biz" in diaper, feel that’s the right way. So need time to change thinking and habit that "biz" should be conducted in potty / toilet.
