That day I was telling my kids a loaf of white bread costs about $1+ but a pc of bread from four leave or breadtalk cost $1+ (1 serving) also ...so is more economic to eat white bread with kaya butter more often...and they agree with me ..

Not stingy at all! It's a good way of teaching your kids.. everything is getting so expensive nowadays.. sigh..

bought laska from turf city recently for S$3.
hmmmmmm...small bowl (七分饱）with breansprouts, fish cakes (about 4 slices), prawns (2) and a few hums (the shellfish for laska) and plenty of chilli. not too bad and yummy hums. -
Took a MRT and it cost 98 cents for a journey of three stations…

Driving in town is even more ridiculous even after office hours....in order to get to the other side of the road (u turn), pay 2 times erp! Best is entrance to the building is only on the other side of the road!!! :slapshead: :stupid:
