I agreed with the manage timing well. I tried few times, fish got burned, coz it cooks very fast. must control temperature also.


as for the tasier part, yes, it seems that food is tasier, I assume its because you get to cover the pan so that less moisture is escape? or maybe the moisture is inside to help cook food? in oven, food usually turned out to be drier.

DS1 even said I put too much oil, but the thing is, I didn't even put oil.

Yup, I think is more like steam cooking.

tried to fried prata with our new HappyCallOrcher Pan last Sunday... turns out quite successful

The prata is not oily and is very crispy...
we are still figuring how to ctrl the timing better next time

And Chen's post and pic of her garlic bacon potatoes was what did me in :imcool:

Decided to get the Happy Call Pan Ocher and bought it from SGS and it was delivered yesterday afternoon. Took about a week from the time the purchase was made to the time it was delivered.

Thanks to all the forum posts and pics on fake pans, I checked mine and it's the real deal, alright. whew!

So, can't wait to cook salmon steaks and burgers with the pan. :politebleah:
