Yup. My deeper ochre from SGS came within 5 working days.

2 problems though.
Courier left it outside my door without calling me at all.
The pan's handles (both top & bottom) have a dent each, apparently a common complain.

Small problems to me.
I'm enjoying the food!

my box looks like yours, but the weight is 1.6kg, the vent is not oval... sort of rectangular but well aligned, the mould line is ok, however the colour at the hinges is also \"blackish\" like your picture, but I thought its ok since at hinge maybe normal?

Yup, the box is dubious... So far I've seen mostdo u mean happy call basic?
Does it have the cardbox with hologram wrapped around the pan?
Does the sticker inside the pan has an \"R\" for \"registered\" after the word \"happy call\"?
How about handle to pan? - curve or straight?

Where is 247mall?
247mall.com.sg? ~ been under maintenance for a while it seems.
What is SMH?

Wash normally with soap and sponge will do...
To play safe, I don't use the green scouring pad side...

anybody has an answer to this? cos the pans showed on channel U do not come with that hole in the handle but the ones in gmarket seem to all have that hole? I inquired one of the sellers on gmarket and he replied that the ones with holes are new design? i wonder if it's true...anyone knows anything?

I've read on Supermothers http://superbmothers.blogspot.com/2011/09/happycall-pan-faq_19.html#Q2 that the one with hole is a newer version.

I asked if the pans are authentic.
Seller said supplier said they are.
I asked \"yes or no?\"
Seller said supplier said they are.
I asked again \"yes or no?\"
Seller said supplier said they are, and flown from Korea.
I didn't get any affirmative answer from seller.

Seller say how can one be sure cousin's pan is real?
Seller suggested take their pan to go do more comparisons.

I asked for refund.
They refused.
They say will ask supplier about this matter and get back to me.

Let's see how it goes.

has reply to your blog thank you for sharing with us, maybe you can share with us a photo of the cross section of the sealer, the vending hole is definitely not right. Hopefully the coating on the pan is not petroleum based as they do not withstand high temperature like the authentic. Lastly, as mention, if you are getting one, you can go with http://list.gmarket.com.sg/g/404253124?jaehuid=200003223, http://tinyurl.com/hcpbizj or you can get it from my http://tinyurl.com/hcpspree01. Since hcp is die cast and coated, if there is not enough layers, the weight will not be there. HCP Deeper (Red) and HCP Ocher Deeper has a different of 0.2kg where the later has 5 layer of Ceratinium. Hopefully you can get all the refunds. Their blog is really pro, i will have buy them like you. Last thing to note, look like the pan price are going to head north soon, if some of the mums still going to buy at Gmarket. Do it fast!
