      Bedokid:
Just to check whether we can rinse the hcp under the tap to wash????looks like the washing part a bit troublesome............after cleaning with soft cloth still got the fishy smell........anyone to answer?????TIA

Of course you can dip into soap and water to wash. Otherwise how to be clean? Fish smell takes awhile to get rid of. Just open up after washing and air dry.

Smurf: As long as your scouring pad is the soft type, i think it is ok. Nowadays the green scouring pad isn't as durable and hard unless it is 3M.

Nothing will happens for now, but the coating will slowly scrap away, resistant doesn't mean scratch proof 🙂 i use vinegar to wash away the smell as told in the English Manual 🙂 Most of the time use detergent and soft sponge. Stains should come off easily. Read from motherhood. Someone actually take off the safety c pin and \"magically\", the pan is now two. I don't do it though

            Hi AlexYong,

            saw your fake happycall blog...
the picture of the box that you took, is it not supposed to have the details or supposed to, to be authentic?

my box looks like yours, but the weight is 1.6kg, the vent is not oval... sort of rectangular but well aligned, the mould line is ok, however the colour at the hinges is also \"blackish\" like your picture, but I thought its ok since at hinge maybe normal?

haven't used yet... now a bit worried 😞

            anybody's happycall hinges also \"blackish\"?

i bought mine from 247mall ... the first lady to bring in Happycall from SMH...
            anybody else bought from her?

            tks in advance!

I make sure my pan is cooled down first before putting in running water to wash with soap and soft sponge. However, immediately after cooking, as the pan is still hot, I will pour hot water into it to soak it for a while, pour away the water, then wipe it clean first (soaking it a while with hot water is to make it easier to clean and less damage to the pan since whatever left in the pan after cooking will be softer and easier to come off when soaked). Cooling off the pan before subjecting to cold tap water wash, in my opinion, will help to maintain the pan better instead of subjecting it to cold tap water when the pan is still very hot.

Yup, the box is dubious... So far I've seen mostdo u mean happy call basic?
Does it have the cardbox with hologram wrapped around the pan?
Does the sticker inside the pan has an \"R\" for \"registered\" after the word \"happy call\"?
How about handle to pan? - curve or straight?

                Where is 247mall?
247mall.com.sg? ~ been under maintenance for a while it seems.
                What is SMH?

                Cheers,
                Alex.Y

Hi all, i am new to this thread. Was facsinated by what Happycall pan can do. However, i am confused after reading so many posts, can anyone advise me :

                  1. Which are authetic sellers at Gmarket?
                  2. I saw there are 4 types of pans - er, i dont really know how to cook very well, let’s say for just a typical 3 person eating of fish, porkchop etc, which pan type would you suggest that i buy?

                  Many many thanks in advance!

                    Hi AlexYong,

                    yup, got the basic pan...
why is the box dubious? has all the stamps etc right?
                    No cardboard/paper around pan...
                    The sticker has the \"R\"...
The handle at the pan part is straight, like in your photo, but the words
are printed further away from handle, not like yours just at the handle ...

Actually mine has some but not all characteristics of authentic so that's why worried, but not as outrightly fakelooking as your pan photos...
yes its 247mall.com.sg, from the singapore motherhood forum...

sigh to use or not?? got 2 some more ... 😞
