Hi 24hr-mum, if you ever sign up for Onsponge, please let me know the feedback. I am considering JEI/PSLE math but seems mixed feedback about this centre.

yes, i have tried JEI but for preschooler ok, but for pri sch math, the worksheets are relevant, challenging, colorful, but do have mistakes once in a while. for marine parade br i think ok. for amk br, the teachers seem young except for the owner…eh, u got to try urslf but i m quitting cos i dont see my girl able to self analyse the problem sums though there are improvements but still, the thinking is still lacking…

My boy attends both Andrew Er and Onsponge tuitions. Andrew Er teaches the regular class topics and if your child is fast, they will give you more challenging questions to work on. As for Onsponge, it's more on strategies learning. Personally I find Onsponge method quite easy to understand. My boy definately benifits from both, he did well for his recent SA2 🙂

Has anyone tried Smaths (or sth like that) which guarantees results? I saw a new outlet at Crown Center.

Hey all parents who are worried for your kids math/science!

Just will like to offer my opinion on tuition! I’m a student from RG and though that maybe you’ll will like some recommendations! I personally liked my tuition when I was in primary school, its actually private tuition and my tuition teacher was really good as she tailored the lesson according to our abilities and I feel that she was really concerned about our results! The classes had mixed levels but it felt more like personal tuition so I thought it was good plus I had the chance to mix around with seniors and learn from them too(: I rmb learning advanced stuff too as so long as you are willing to learn, teacher Mavis was willing to teach too! Hope that helped! if you guys want to contact her, can reply this comment, I’ll be more than willing to help any other pri sch students who are aiming to score well in math and sci!(:
