      clioclio:
Hello I love those book fairs (not those huge Expo like fairs) that sell old/pre-loved story books at those shopping centres type... they sell Ladybird Read it yourself series at $1 etc type...

The last time i chanced upon this type of book sales was at Thomson Plaza---i bought a few books and read to my kids and they love it!
I am hoping to get more books thru such book sales for preloved books--- Any kiasu parent out there who knows any of such sales? Please let me know! Thanks in advance!! 🙂
The one at Thomson Plaza can usually be found during the holidays or over long weekend holidays.

There is 1 "permanent" one at Singapore post basement right in front of the food court.

There are some 2nd hand bookstores in Bras Basah. However, some of the books are old, yellowish and very dusty, so not all the time you visit you will get books you want. The newer books they tend to price higher too.

I have been to that one, their children's selection quite limited.
