michyms, glad your daughter likes it. There’s the English version as well which my girls love too! The younger one knows the lines of every character even the pet toad! I’m gonna get the Chinese Story Books. -

My kids are extremely amused that a toad Is called \"ha ma\" in chinese ha ha. Would you have a link that shows how the story books look like? -

Just to recommend here is another series my kids love: 可爱的鼠小弟 series of 12 simple Chinese books. Even my #2 can read some of it as each page only has a few short lines and the drawings are hilarious. Check out the images of the books here. Full set can be found at most libraries.

KSMum, how about showing your dd a full Chinese cartoons instead? Tao Shu series is more factual with real people talking, so maybe she doesn’t like this kind.
