But they are not the only catering co., why must crack head to get the company to accept the biz. Unless their food super duper good :drool:

maybe their business too good…so they can choose customers.
sometimes it is cos ‘Monopoly’, so they can afford to be rigid cos no competitors. -

See, if you happen to be the boss of this catering company and you have this kind of salesperson, she has just thrown away a $3000 order which is so much more easier to fulfill as compared to having to send to maybe 3 - 4 different places with different menus for the same sales value.

Maybe you can talk to the person this way.
You place 2 DIFFERENT order.
Order 1, menu A, 125pax.
Order 2, menu B, 125 Pax.
Maybe that person can understand better.
if necessary, they can issue 2 different receipt for 2 different order.
This is assuming free delivery. If there is delivery charge and 2 order = 2x delivery, then it is up to the vendor whether they wanna waive the delivery for 2nd order.
Of coz, they can chose to be flexible. If not flexible, then apply workaround w/o compromise on objective/guideline. -
