We bought the Tiger brand thermal pot from takashimaya and got a free gift for it.

We tried to check out the prices at both Seiyu and Taka and I think the prices are almost similar except that Taka comes with a free gift.

If wanna buy, wait for GSS sale or post-Christmas sales, usually can get huge discounts.

We use it mainly to cook herbal soups for the family, haven’t gone into experimenting it with other dishes yet.

I think the one from OG (a 6 litre + two 3 litre) is not the right size for my family. Still looking for the right one.

          Hi all,

I am considering of getting a thermal pot. I used to cook soup with slow cooker at night, I turned on the ‘slow heat’ switch . But in the morning the meat and carrot sometimes became very mushy. So, until lunch or dinner, the soup did not look nice anymore. Will this also happen if I use thermal pot? Except soup, what are other dishes that can be cooked in thermal pot? Thanks ya…

            Hi Allseasons

I have used the thermal pot for cooking stews, spaghetti sauces, curry, soups and porridge - all these dishes cook well in the thermal pot and it's so convenient too.

I just called OG. They told me that it's \"Kukeri\" brand (OG's in house brand).
