I think it is purely stress. Just relax for a while; may be without assessment books  Or it could be work-related stress. But my hubby no wee wee leh. He just toss around ...

Yeah I think it's stress. May b think too much. How about change sleeping pattern, sleep a bit later & see if he still wake up @ 4am?

What about sleep early and do the work after 4 am? Have you tried?
One of my friend also could not sleep well for almost 3 months. The doctors told her that it should be because of stress. She went for the meditation class and now everything seems to be fine. -

:yikes: That's serious! If you don't mind, try melatonin from any pharmacy. It should help him to relax & sleep better. This is not sleeping pill so don't worry. The brand I bought is Nature's Essence 30tablets with 8 more free. I bought from Guardian & only take one tablet when I can't sleep well for more than a week.

I think it is better to consult the doctor rather than self medication. It is just my thought.

I believe it’s due to stress also. My hubby was like that previously due to work stress…can’t seem to sleep through the night.
It took a while and after the problem is solved, he is back to his normal sleeping pattern again.
I let him drink yomeishu though. -

Yes, I do agreed with you too that it's better to consult a doctor. -
Thanks all for the advice…
DH is a stubborn bull…dun want to see GP, dun want to try youmeishu… he thinks it’s just stress. Think I’ll have to slowly try one method by one method.
