i intend to let my son to go to holiday program also, otherwise he will be too free. Not sure CCK mummy, any planning & good suggestion?


and also, any mummy here need to arrange for school bus pick up? can share experience?

i for one is going to arrange for school bus transportation for

my son. i also blur blur in regards to the bus transport system
for DLS but for sure i know the bus comes over my place
to pick up kids coz seen kids queing up to get onto the bus.

me no no holiday program for sonny coz he will be in a holiday
programme anyway coz he's in child care for the whole month
of Dec!! thought of signing him up for Chinese enrichment drg
school hols but thought - juz let him enjoy his hols before REAL
school starts....

Yup - all along my kids are taken care by my maid
but she's going back on 1 whole month's home leave
so gotta put my kids somewhere in Dec.....
and the child care i'm putting seems to be providing
the K2 kids prep P1 lessons during Dec term. So in a
way no need for further enrichment....

Now quite worried if my little one will get used to child care.
If not, my turn to

i am sure the little one will cry, at least a week, then u will feel "heart pain" also. The best way is just throw them at the childcare, don see & don think. Anyway, after a while, they will feel good dwell at childcare as got friends to play with & also activities where the maid cannot give one.

yup - my intention is to 'drop' my 2 kids there then go off....

i know if i'm going to turn my head back & see my little one
crying, sure heart pain n i won't hv the heart to put them there.

i'm not worried abt my son who is already old enuff but more
of my girl who is only 18mths! she is very sticky to my maid
currently so i will imagine her to be crying minimum
for a week at least....sigh.

but then, nobody to help me look after them wor.... :?:

Ya, understand your concerns.
May be u should bring her to visit/drop by the childcare center frequently and let her be comfortable with at least one of the teacher to minimize her fear level. With help from big brother and familiar teacher shld ease some tension.

i did and will go change again today coz
hubby bought the school pants that is so small!!

Yeap! This morning, entrusted the man in house to do it, will find out whether he has done the fantastic job to night. Intended to buy three sets but the skirt has run out of stock. Luckily managed to get 2 sets of uniform and 3 sets of PE attire.


For shoes and socks… Is it all white ?

I am also thinking of social dance but not sure are there any dance schools around CCK area ?
