      bebebub:
How about serving carrot, celery, cucumber sticks as snacks, accompanied by a nice dip? Or wrap stir-fry minced meat with a nice piece of crunchy lettuce and some shredded carrot?

Just a suggestion. I dun hv this problem as my girls love their greens. My 3 yr old even eats bitter gourd and egg plant 🙂
You are lucky parents! the smell of celery or even in juices turn them off.

oh my kids love raw celery! I always have to "protect" my celery and carrots on the chopping board from them or I will have nothing left to cook. They just like crunchy stuff. A thought - do the adults in the house like vegetables? Sometimes children reject things because they see the adults rejecting them.

We loves to eat veggies but not for our kids.

Sometimes it hard to think of what to buy and cook for dinner!

my two kids also anti-veg. but i find them love to eat dumpling. i have tried to use cabbage (sometimes use long bean) mixed with minced meat to prepare. quite easy and fast. they simply love it.

That's a clever way! Your dumplings must also very sedap to be able to camouflage the veg! 🙂

Try letting kids drink g3. It’s a health fruit juice and give them all the vitamins they need and help improve their immune system and complexion. If interested, can pm me for more info regarding this amazing fruit juice. Cheers and happy parenting 

If you boil veggies long enough, it’s tasteless.

I am not forcing my 4 yo to eat veg. yet. But we boil a lot of soups with vegetables eg. carrots, water cress, potatoes, onions, corn etc… for him to drink. One good point is my boy loves apples and will munch on green apples every day so he has the roughage! Recently we noticed that he has been eating on corn, peas and spring onions found in the soup/fried rice. It is a good start.

Yeh, my boy loves cheese too! Will try the suggestion to cook brocolli or cauliflower and sprinkling cheese on top!
