Every time i go to Nan Hua Primary the kids in student care seem to be very happy.

Think so too, been there twice, teachers there seem quite nice.

Can I ask, the after school care within the sch is until what age?

if possible, it is better to sent and pick up the kid as they will have more time to rest and relax. Waking up early and need to pay attention might drain the kid.

Weeee29, we are staying at bt timah.. quite a distance from sch.. will send dd to sch myself n most likely she need to take sch bus home.. what about u guys?

Will we have enough kids to arrange for mini bus to send?

I am staying at Jurong West near Pioneer MRT.
Called bus operator of NH, they say pick up usually at 6am to 6:10am.
Too early, that’s why I have to get a car to send her. At least she sleep longer.
After work I will go fetch her.

But dunno if there is a need to be on waiting list for the after school care in NH? And when can they be in the after sch care till? Some sch only allow P1 and P2 to be in. Once reach P3, they will need to rearrange own day care.

According to the staff there, kids will have their lunch after school in the school canteen, followed by doing their school homework, a short break, continue school homework or 'extra' homework from student care, then fun activites/games before going home. For P1 & 2, I think they will have afternoon nap. The kids will have spelling from student care too.
