Hi, I am abit confused by the reporting time.


Though my DD is taking school bus, but I knw that one of the days, they r reporting late and I think I want to sent her on my own on that day.

Does anyone knows about the reporting time and the day that they are supposed to reporting late?

Is your DD P1 this year? My boy has just been transfered over, starting his P1 tmr.

If I remember correctly, Tuesday is the day that will report late.

Was it mentioned during the orientation? I only received the call from school on Friday hence did not attend the orientation.

Thanks. Yes, you are right. Found out about their timing just now.

They did mention it during the orientation but was confused by the bus company. I was a little worried as my DD is taking school bus, and school bus will still collect them and drop them off at the same time even on late days. So if my DD were to go to school that early, she will have to wait at least 1.5hr before lesson starts. That’s why i intend to send her myself on Tuesdays.

FYI, Normal days report by 12.30. Tuesdays report by 1.30pm.

Oh dear, cos my DS will also be taking school bus to and fro school. Need to confirm this with the bus operator. You are right, if same timing, then he is going there too early on Tue.

My boy has been assigned to class P1F, how about your DD?

Also, may I ask if there were any assessments conducted to determine the class allocation?

I don’t think there is any assessment done.

I think my previous post a little confusing. There will be assessment tests for each term but no change in class allocation for P1 and P2.

For MT, the first 2 terms they combine by class eg. Class A join with class D and class I. Starting for term 3, MT classes go by ability - Enrichment module for higher ability, Core module for normal ability and Bridging module for lower abilty.
