Anyone knows what their DS class is? And does RI band e students??
The classes are put up at the foyer outside the general office. The kids checked their classes first, then went straight to their respective classrooms at the Yusof Ishak Block (the block where the CCAs booths were displayed during the Open House). There were seniors boys around to guide the junior boys. All was systematic and in order, so not to worry, paddy. I'm sure your boy will be fine. Are you picking up your boy after school today? -

Yes .. Will be bringing him out for lunch n showing him how to take public transport back. Wonder when their ezlink card will be ready for them to use those gates which need the card to assess.Paddy Field:

Does anyone know if Gate 15 (located next to a bus stop) is opened in the morning? I'd like to drop off DS there tomorrow. This morning I was queuing behind 4 cars at the drop off point within the school and all 4 parents alighted from their cars to carry the bags out for their boys. My goodness, these aren't primary school kids!! :faint: I really don't want to waste my time waiting in queue if the majority of the parents are going to be behave like this. I have other schools to rush to after that.

My DH was also complaining of parents dropping their kids along bishan st 21 (lazy to turn in?) n causing a jam in e morning. I guess we r much better off as compared to those schools at bt timah. Their jam is definitely worse. Just bear with it n see if next week is better??

After dropping off ds and when passed by the street outside Cathelic high ... Wa it was jump up with buses and cars.... Lucky RI the street not as busy as tt....

Is it confirmed that \"Meeting Form Teacher\" is on this Friday 06.01.2012?
According to the green file we received on reporting day, yes, the meet the teacher session is on this Friday. It is quite convenient esp if u r picking your DS from camp cos meeting is at 6, pick up at 645.
Are most of the parents going for the meeting session? -

lots of students enter via that gate in the morning.
the bus stop also becomes a de facto drop off point -

So I think when the second car arrived and saw the first car parent came out to carry bag for her boy, she followed too. Then the third car parent followed the second car parent and the fourth car parent followed the third car parent.... Lucky the fifth car parent never follow the fourth car parent ... :rotflmao: .... Else there will be a big jam at Bishan st .... -
What’s the reporting attire for tmr’s camp? I checked thru the file - only the reporting attire for the first day of school mentioned, but not the camp. Should I let ds put on his PE shirt and shorts? Which one? RI or primary sch one?

I think I saw from the camping list it stated in RI Pe attire and track shoes.
