urgent…the 1.5 litres of bottle must it be empty or filled with water? Is it for drinking? Do they have supply of water there or not?

My DS told me it is for drinking water. So I suppose fill it up tmrw am n they refill at water cooler anytime they run out? -

Bot the 1.5L distilled water for DS, so it is filled with water to the fullest. During the camp, they can refill it with water, whenever necessary.
