Have you heard back from Mr Lim regarding clash of Raffles Trail n the third language first lesson? Was wondering whether we need to change DS' first lesson ..

Hi paddy field, I have not received Mr Lim reply yet. I am thinking if by tomorrow still has no reply from him then I will him again to see what is the outcome. Btw if he cannot change the dates, then we would need him to give our boy an excuse letter to the moelc teacher for replacement or not going for next Tuesday lesson.

Oh, is this what we are supposed to do when our kid misses a lesson? I didn't know there is such a thing as replacement lesson.

You can refer to the handbook which was given to the boy on the MOLEC registration day. IF the student cannot attend the lesson because of sickness, an mc has to be produced to the class teacher. If lesson is miss due to other school activity, the kid can request for a replacement lesson if he want to. For lesson miss due to school activity, students are advised to get an excuse letter from the teacher in charge of the school activity... You can read the handbook for more detail info..

I just called moelc , the staff told me tt if the students can't attend the lesson due to other sch ativity ,we can just go to their website print out n fill in the form .If we want to request for the make up class we must talk to the teacher directly .
