        Hi Janice,

I find that Nan Chiau High is good as my elder son has already graduated from there last year. The discipline in this school is strict. Their academic results for the "O" level had been raised from Band 9 to Band 3 this year.

        Thanks

            Hi Janice,

Dont worry about your child standard, you may have got the aggregate from his prelim results. I remembered five years ago, my son aggregate was below 230 too, however when his PSLE reults was out, it was above 230!

But word of caution, NC MT is of great high standard as I personally has gone through the papers with my son during his sec days.

Cheers… Let us pray hard for our children as my second child is waiting for PSLE results too…

            Thanks

                Dear all,

for your info, this year at NCH, if your child did not obtain A1 for the 1st attempt in the Mid Year GCE \"O\" Level MT exam, the child is expected to re-take the exam in Nov.

The school is currently working very hard towards the Band 1 Range.

This year the COP is 232, most likely the COp will be higher for 2010 as the school once again obtained Value-addedness for 2008 \"O\" Level Express Stream. If you really want your child to be admitted to NCH in 2010, think safer if the child PSLE T-score is 235 and above.

I know this year many parents whose children got 231 failed to get a place despite only 1 point short.

                  Hi All

The high standard of Chinese at Nan Chiau seems to be widely acknowledged. As it seems to be a Chinese based school, could anyone shed some light on its English standard?

                  Thanks.
