Does anybody know whether we need to sew the name tag onto the PE Tshirts as well or just on the school uniform?

Both required.. better sewed them on as the iron-on don't stick well & will dropped off after a couple of washes.

During my times is 40 hrs. Not sure they got increase the hours or not. You may want to call the school to ask. 😛

It really depend. During my time in 2007, within 1-2 km don't need to ballot, only after 2 km required to ballot. If I didn't remember wrongly, in year 2008 1-2 km required to ballot.

Think you can check the ballot history in this forum. There may be a trend. Do note that you have to sign up as PV a year in advance e.g to sign up by June 2012 if ur child is going to register for P1 in 2013.
