Wow, this is great. Kids simply love these acknowledgements, which will highly motivate them.

My DS takes the school bus to and fro school, hence I hardly have the chance to speak to the teachers. Will try to when I start my PV duties… hee hee…

Is she designated to be a prefect soon?

My boy hopes to be one someday. He is so excited whenever his teacher appointed him to be a "leader to this and that".

Today DD brought home a form about nomination of prefect. She is nominated and will be under 3 weeks probation (interesting ^_^).

Hi, your gal is really doing very well in JWPS… gongxi gongxi…

It’s pretty interesting to see as young as P2 to be prefects.

Getting young kids to be leaders can help to mould their leadership skills from young.

            谢谢. 🙂

Kids nowadays are smarter and more mature. They learn a lot at very young age. They know what they want and will try achieve.

Hi, yes totally agree with you. Unlike my times, at P2, still blur blur everyday, only looking forward to play and play...ha ha ha...

SAHM2KIDS, do you know if the school celebrate CNY this Friday? Are the P1/P2 kids suppose to go school earlier in the morning?

Not sure why this JWPS thread seems to only belongs to 2 of us?? Where are the rest of the parents?? :scratchhead:

Same here, blur and timid. Hee hee…

No news for the CNY celebrations yet. Last year, P1 and 2 go school in the morning for the celebration.

I’m also wondering why no other JWPS parents join this thread. Hmmm…

hi, do you still remember what time did the P1 & P2 kids go to school for the celebration last year?

Really wonder why? Where are the rest of the parents?

Hi, today, my DS bot back quite a few homework and he will start his spellings from tomorrow. Headache… need to supervise him everyday.

I am waiting for the day when he learns to "settle" his homework himself "automatically"…

He was recently appointed as an "Absent Manager" in his class. His responsibility is to keep the absentees’ homework for the day and return them to the kids the next day. This is the first time I heard of such a duty… but well, a good start to teach kids to be responsible.

Yes. This is something new. My DD also kept some the last two days. 🙂

She said \"We are good friend so need to help.\" 😛
