Took on that name for the dayRiver:
Mine came from Ruth--the Musical, a Chinese musical held at St Andrew's Cathedral. It was at this performance that I first met my wife. This musical extolled the virtues of the biblical character Ruth and I thought it was apt that the piece of music played when she's given to me as she walked down the aisle.
Is your name Boaz ? :rotflmao:

oh no...i can't remember what was my church entrance song as it was choosen by the guy who was in charge of the music, all i remembered he told me it was the same entrance song used by Princess Diana's marriage.
for my hotel reception, entrance song by live band was \"Love is All Around\" DH then sang \"Eveyday I love You\" by Boyzone..
And for myself I have given DH a surprise of his life by singing \"From this Moment On\" by Shania Twain. Initially he was wondering whether I was having second thoughts about marrying him as my face was so tense and deep in thoughts (very nervous lah) before I sang the song to him. & he was brought to tears when i sang..hahaha...such sweet memories

Then as our first match in together as hub and wifey, we had the japanese theme song from Ultraman
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ulufqDS6q4c
My hub is crazy about ultraman and we thought the tune was funky.. Can see we are not very sentimental type..
Cant rem the rest of it.. but i know the whole wedding songtracks we put together was filled with old shanghai bigband type music, jazz and oldies... threw in with a couple of old theme songs from cartoons like doramon from our era. :rotflmao: -
