Daddies and Mummies! Have you considered getting a pet?
-
Only allowed a terrapin. Clean and easy. DS is responsible for feeding him.
-
we have guppies. the daddy does the cleaning, the kids does the feeding.
it is the daddy's first pet.
actually there is no need to have pets to teach responsibility.
it is my elder's responsibility to make breakfast for his younger brother on Saturdays and Sundays.
-
We have 3 hamsters, simple and easy to keep.
-
We have 5 Hamsters ....
Each Living in Their Own Private Apartment
My Gal is Responsible for Squeezing them into pancakes on her hands ....
And Mummy Here is the One who Cries Buckets When the 1st Ham-mie Dies Young! :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
And ....
We Have a Gou-Gou in the House as Well,
Who's Responsible in Entertaining the Hammies ....
When ALL of us R otherwise BUSY! :rotflmao: :rotflmao: -
Please do not keep a pet so that you can teach your children responsibility, keep a pet only if you are prepared to love it and take care of it for life, the petβs life. We can teach our children responsibility in various other ways as suggested by jedamum.

We have a Couple of Wire Cages, Placed on the Floor.
Gou-Gou will Entertain itself - Sometimes Just Sitting in Front and Following the Progress of the Hammie in the Cage, at Other Time Practically Hugging the Cage, Trying to Lick its Little Frens within
Btw, We Have a Little Acrobatic Lady Hammie, Who Luv to Swing Upside Down on the Wire Cage with its .... Front Legs Only!
Amusing and Entertaining, to Both Canine and Us!

I have 1 hamster and 4 guinea pigs.
Hamsters are easy to take care as they are clean and require little attention.
If you buy the good type of bedding which contain baking soda, it can absorb the smell and you can change the bedding about once a month.
However I find guinea pigs harder to take care.
You have to change the lining of the cage daily especially if you keep them in the house.
They are afraid of human beings and I canβt play with them even though they have been with me for 2 years. They are so apprehensive each time I take them out of the cage, so Iβd rather observe them from afar.
I love my dadβs toy poodle. She is so affectionate and responsive to human affection. She was given to my dad by his friend who returned to his homeland.
I am thinking of getting a toy poodle.
Does anyone know where I can get it from a reliable source? -

Can share what is the brand of this bedding which contains baking soda?
Thank-you.
