I wanted her to try speech and drama too! But she prefer art club and got in. I guess cos ur dd already has a cca thus there’s no need to go for trials? Art club is my dd’s one and only cca.

My gal is in P3 Angsana, she loves Art too but after discussion with her, we decided to select S&D. P1&2 my DD was in Jacaranda, how about yr girl? Is she taking Higher Chinese? Mine is normal Chinese...

You know, I have not yet given it a thought! I must start researching the options now, though. My dd is not very physically strong; she may prefer speech & drama or some such CCA.

Yeah, got to start browsing thru the options soon hor as time passes by so fast. I saw from sch website that some CCA r quite \"hot\" and the students will have to go thru selections or balloting.

Any parents know when the students will be allocated to take normal Chinese or higher Chinese. Will that happen when they r in P3?

Mr Bean, my dd was in P1 and 2 Acacia. Her form teacher was Mrs Gopal who is the S&D teacher.


She's also taking normal Chinese. Her Chinese CMI. Hai~ Thinking of sending her for Chinese enrichment classes.

Kids_r_innocent, I have no idea on the higher Chinese allocation. Maybe another parent can enlighten us?

Not sure . I asked my DD she also couldn't tell.
However I read the principal's feb letter to parents and it mentioned PAL is starting in feb. So I am not sure whether it has started.
Anyway which class is your DD in? Mine in 1 Clematis.
