My son also got punched; not sure if it's the same boy we are all talking about. DS also spoke about a particular boy who's been using those words as mentioned by several mummies from 1E.

I'm monitoring the situation and would most probably drop a note to the FT if required.

One of the mummies correctly pointed out thou, that these boys are pretty 'forgetful'; i.e. forgetting soon abt what happened and play together the following day. I reckon tat's what happens to my DS ;). Actually, it's a good thing tat they bury the hatchet and learn to be forgiving, or resolve conflicts among themselves.

This is terrible man..so young resort to violence.

Their FT is Ms Carrissa right & not Mrs Anthony right? I always got mixed up

      Mauricemum,

Ms Carrissa is Mrs Anthony, same person 🙂

DS was kicked on the legs by his classmate for no reason and he told his FT, also got brushed off. So i told DS unless he's being kicked by same person repeatedly, better tell me and take note of his classmate's name (hope this is the right way to teaching him..). DS also the forgetful kind, forgot the next day.

For badminton training on Sat, may I know where is the training venue? At the Pri or Sec school? At which part of the school or level is the badminton hall? Thanks

              Hi all,

Can I chk: if I log into the mconline now n don’t see a ‘accepted’ status for the CCA, does it mean ds didn’t get it?

Also, anyone knows if CCA is THAT impt? If I don’t do it via school but thru outside, can it still be considered a ‘CCA’ for whatever purposes the CCA us used for?

              Txs!

                hi

this is my first post here.
my son is in P1E. i am really glad to see there are a few parents w sons in the same class.
recently, my son wrote in marist buddy "听写(二)17/2/2012 rest term". I have no idea what that means. more important, i hope the date was correct.

                can someone help me? thanks.

You should have a tingxie list (A4 sheets) with the dates stated. Check that instead. It should be in his folder. Take the things written in the Marist buddy with a pinch of salt esp for P1s… hahaha

when my son first brought home the tingxie list, he wrote the date of the first tingxie. the other dates were left empty. since then, i kept the list at home. guess i should keep it in the personal folder. difficult to know what should be filed at home and what to be ferried back and forth....

ya only the 1st tingxie have the date on it. but from the schedule i presume that every tues is tingxie and every thurs is spelling. therefore i had been asking my son to study first
