I am disappointed with the school since DS entered P3 this year. Teachers have not been engaging. Seriously I am having doubts about the CL teacher as she has postponed tingxie time and again and just gives chinese compo without prior guidance. I am worried at this rate how can my child progress but hesitates from discussing with CL teacher as she's the dragon lady type and I dont wish to cause strain to DS' r/s with her.

I had the same problem as yours last year p3. I think we are at the teacher's mercy.

Homework is good, then no need to buy so many assessment books.
The CCA & Supplementary classes are FOC, so I cut down my spending for her enrichment courses.

if looking from this perspective, yes, cos no time for assessment books and tuition...

Anyone can share what sports CCA does KH offer? My Pri 1 DS came back with a CCA form last month and quite surprise to see only 2 (badminton and table tennis). Do they have more for upper primary onwards?


Anyone knows if they offer Wushu ?

Tsk tsk, this is bad! They don't allow p3 to join, saying that the holding sch can't take in anymore for table tennis and badminton, for safety reason, yet they r offered to p1 and 2!
Btw, they do hv other sports like basketball n wushu, they r listed in the sch website.

Really, how come? I thought is compulsory to have at least one from p3 onwards.

We are keen on Wushu though but they didnt offer to P1.

It's probably because P1 and P2 are in the afternoon session, therefore they can take in students as they have the hall in the mornings.
Yes, they have wushu but for P3 onwards.
For P1, they do have a CCA list that was given earlier in Jan, did you receive it? Quite alot, Guzheng, chess, weiqi, badminton, table tennis, and others I can't remember... :?

When my son joined Table Tennis in P1, he has to pay fee as it was an enrichment class for P1 and P2 students. P3 onwards then considered as CCA, so no need to pay anymore.

So what's the difference between signing them up as early as P1 and by the time they are in p3?
