errr.. thats what my sis told me also.. but quite unlikely... my son is quite smart by nature.... my daughter a bit slow.. any way I am pretty satisfied with her progress as she likes to read story books unlike me..heeeee :lol:

To me the 1st round is to convince the teacher or school to put her name up for the 1st selection test. I don't think everyone in P3 sit for it. Otherwise it will be another nation wide exam like PSLE. It got to be from teacher or school recommendation for the selected students. That's my understanding.

well if my dd is to be like that till p3 (actually at the moment she is above average) I think I wouldn't wish that she get into gep 'by luck\" else I would need to put on 3 oxygen masks haaaaaaaaa

Errr, the invitation is open to all P3 students, not through recommendations, however it is optional to take the GEP screening test.
