ZDPS - 1-2 Km to be ballot (P
GESPS - Confirm enter in Phase 2C
BRPS - Confirm enter in Phase 2C & Phase 2CS (1Km only)
CPS - Not sure, do not have any trend to analysis
CHIJ - Balloting at 1-2 Km

Not true, titank. Based on past years' statistics, BRPS had vacancies in Phase 3, too.

My husband and I have a plan to move house, and we are pretty open in terms of locations to move to in SG..I have been searching high and low to see if there's any good schools that I can move to and have good chance to get in for <1km...

Nope, we r not rich, only with small budget to play with. Definitely cannot afford any landed house, and for good location, i don't mind to go with smaller unit if the psf is high.

Noted on the Bt Merah, will check it out.

For Bt Timah, all schools except Bt Timah pri very likely need to go thu balloting in 2C even <1km...Am i right? And, Bt Timah seems not very convenient interms of transportation. heehee

How about Toa Payoh? Any kind souls please recommend some condos for me...

What about Jurong West? You have many choices in Jurong West. In fact, an article in latest The Sunday Times talked about the CCAs offered by one of the schools in Jurong West.

BTW, any body know if Trevista at TPY is within 1km from PeiChun primary school? It stated less than 1km in propertyguru, but when i measure in onemap, it’s slightly more than 1km…
Was thinking if i cannot get PeiChun thru balloting, at least i have Kheng Cheng as backup.

My friend's DS is in RMPS, P1 now and she told me that there isnt any homework. All work are done in class therefore, her DS does not need to bring work back to do. I thought this is very good. At least we get to sent quality time with our children.

He's only into his second month, so, don't be too quick to jump to conclusion. :evil:

For the amount of homework, it depends on the teachers, too.

supply them the postal code of your condo, to confirm if is indeed < 1km.

sometimes you can have 2 block side by side each other.
yet, one can fall <1km, the other fall within 2km.
be careful.
