I've always been very frank to DD1 that not everyone will like you or that you want to be frens with everyone. But always to maintain cordial relationship. And at the same time protect yourself.

We just laugh over dinner, saying the 2 girls cannot make up their mind, whether they want to be friends with dd a not.
Dd just decided not to be their friend if they're not nice again on Monday.

Glad that dd didn't get emo over this episode, and moving on with her other friends instead.
