Not sure about Bedok Central, but the one at Lorong Melayu (Kembangan) is well run. Teachers are caring, low staff turnover, 0 HFMD case so far this year, weekly updates to parents on what activities the children have done for the week for English/phonics, Chinese, Motor development, Social etc etc. More than what I can ask for really.
