It’s a famous Filipino dessert. I had it when I was really young in the Philippines. I remember the yam ice cream which was not available in Singapore back then.

Haha then jtoh, did you eat it again when you are back in Singapore? Is the standard same as the one in Philippines?

They didn't have it in Singapore until many years later. Of course the Philippines version tastes better bec of nostalgia and authenticity.
