...Does anyone know of a good bread recipe cook book; especially one that uses the Tangzhong/ water rtoux method?

I like this one, easy and available in NLB :

Thanks for the recommendation… I’ve just bought it online from Popular. Made Prune Bread today and it’s HUGE!!! Will cut into it tomorrow and see how it tastes…

Had one before… Princess brand i think… gave away coz I could never churn out soft bread like those sold outside despite using the best Canadian flour and bread improvers etc…

                    Hi zeemimi,

Do peruse the link provided by peterch above.

Most of us have purchased the zojirushi model and are very happy with it.

                    😄

                      dear experts :salute: :salute: :salute:

i was directed here by peterch and autumnbronze.

would appreciate some advice on which breadmaker to get.

i have never baked bread in my entire life. So I am a newbie. Don't know why all of a sudden feel like making my own bread.

Is it true homemade bread is harder? Difficult to achieve the soft texture?

                      thank you!
