      simple maths.

As long input is lesser than output, u’ll lose wt in the long run.

Dieting is not a good way to stay slim.

      Exercise.

If u workout, u can eat anything and not worry of urself getting fat.

Try pole dancing. It’s fun and effective and doesnt sweat much.

Besides, it tones up your body and give u nice abs.

          Hihi,

I’m into the 3rd month of my weight management programme. Did my review two days ago. I have lost a total of 7 kg and almost 6 inches off my waistline. My body age has also come down from 46 to 41. And I have incorporated exercise into my daily routine that I feel lost if I missed it. Getting closer to my ideal weight and figure. ; )

I have seen lot of my friends slimming down and bounce back very fast. Lost lot of money

              and very sad.

My friends have the following slim down experience

(1)\tfast lose weight is very harmful to your health. (the body can not adapt to the quick change, may cause a lot of side effect.)
(2)\tThe faster to lose weight, the faster to redound.
(3)\tOnce you have rebound ,you will easier to rebound in the future.
(4)\tOne of my friend join a slimming program by put on slimming gel and wrap with film wait for more than 30 mins. She feel very cold when it process(burn fat). She only finish 8 sessions and 2 sessions left. At that time she lose about 10 Kg, But rebound in two weeks .And she feel very cold even in summer time in these past ten years.
(5)\tOne of my friend introduced to a doctor and give her some slimming pills because she know her aunt slimming very fast. After few weeks both of them digestion system became very bad.
              Everyday they vomit easily.
              (6) One of my friend want to slim down very fast. She buy a machine and run on it for 3 hrs everyday. So after checking , the doctor tell her knee joint was hurt seriously because she is very heavy.

I like my slimming program now is very natural and health no machine, no exercise needed, no slimming pills. It can do it by yourself. save money .I am slimming steadily for four months . One thing I like it most is it can slim down on targeted areas.

Slimming down not only physical also in your mind

it is not to do with meal replacement ... but the main thing is to have your body metabolic rate improved naturally.

From my own experience, I take this substance call \"Oligopeptide\".

This is actually the food for our cells. Thus if we feed our cells with the food that it has been lacking of, it wll be revitalise, rejuvenated and repaired, and be able to function normally.

As our entire body is made up of cells, ie hair, skin, heart, lungs, liver, etc. When our cells are healthly, we'll be healthy.

I took to improve my alertness and immunity. But in the end I got more than that.....my eczema almoost cleared, my sinus disappeared and also I lost weight. and also my skin glowed from within

I think it’s the carbs… I find that when I eat less carbs, my weight will drop…

Yes you are right, Shoe. It’s the carbs. I cut my carbs and I slimmed down very quickly.
